Important Notes:

· This limited commercial warranty is voluntarily provided by Nepest and is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you may have. This policy does not limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights provided under applicable laws in the place of purchase. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, the applicable law shall prevail.

· Warranty service applies to Nepest wheelsets purchased through official channels and requires valid proof of purchase. Acceptable proof of purchase includes an order number, purchase record, or other reasonable proof of purchase.

· Warranty coverage is tied to the specific wheelset and its proof of purchase. It applies only to the original purchaser of the wheelset and is not transferable.

· This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accident damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper maintenance or repair.

 

3-Year Limited Rim Warranty

Covered	• Material and workmanship defects in carbon rims. •Structural issues not caused by external impact.
Not Covered	•Damage caused by crashes, impacts, or accidents with visible impact marks. •Normal wear and tear. •Surface scratches, cosmetic damage, or appearance aging. • Damage caused by improper installation, adjustment, or maintenance. • Damage caused by incompatible components or accessories. • Use beyond the intended purpose of the product. • Damage directly caused or worsened by incorrect repairs, modifications, or third-party installation. •Issues caused by personal preference, riding expectations, or other reasons unrelated to product quality. • Products purchased through unauthorized channels.
Warranty Period	3 years from the date of delivery.

*Warranty solutions will be determined based on the specific situation. For example, if only one rim is affected, the warranty may apply only to that rim. If the wheelset model is discontinued, Nepest may provide an equivalent replacement model with comparable function and value.

 

 

1-Year Limited Component Warranty

Applicable Products	Hubs, spokes, and other wheel components.
Covered	Material and workmanship defects in covered components.
Not Covered	•Bearing damage caused by water intrusion, contamination, or lack of maintenance. • Damage caused by accidents or impacts. • Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
Warranty Period	1 year from the date of delivery.

 

 

Safety Notice:

If your wheelset has experienced a severe impact, shows cracks, delamination, abnormal deformation, persistent unusual noises, or you have any concerns about structural safety, stop riding immediately. Do not continue using the wheelset until it has been inspected by Nepest or a qualified bicycle mechanic.

 

 

Warranty Claim and Cost Responsibility 

· After submitting a warranty claim, Nepest's technical team will review the provided information and may request the product to be returned for inspection if necessary.

· If the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, Nepest will cover repair, replacement, and reasonable standard shipping costs.

· If inspection determines that the issue is not covered by warranty, Nepest will inform the customer and obtain confirmation before any repair or return costs are incurred. Related costs will be the customer's responsibility.

 

Warranty Assessment

Nepest will determine warranty eligibility based on the issue description, inspection results, and supporting information provided. 

Nepest only provides warranty support for product quality-related issues. Requests caused by personal preference or improper use are not considered warranty claims.
