Product Detail  

The alloy tubeless bicycle valves are very lightweight and are compatible with all of our rims. They are anodized black for durability and have a removable valve core so you can add sealant without removing your tire. The collar is oversized so that it easier to grip by hand, and it has a unique concave base. The rubber o-ring fits in between the rim and the concave base to seal out any water.

Instructions:

1. Use a pen or small knife to make a very small “x” in the tubeless tape over the valve hole.

2. Remove the collar, o-ring and dust cap from the valve. Tighten the valve core and presta cap.

3. Push the valve stem into the hole and twist as you push until it is all of the way down.

4. Put the rubber o-ring onto the valve stem so that it slides all of the way down onto the rim.

5. Screw the collar onto the valve stem so that the concave base is facing the o-ring. The idea is to sandwich the o-ring between the collar and the rim.

6. Push down on the rubber base of the valve stem as you tighten the collar, and keep pushing until the collar is hand tight and the rubber base mushrooms out. This is how the valve creates a tubeless seal.

7. The o-ring should be invisible in most cases at this point and the valve should not be able to move side to side easily, or you may need to tighten more.

Delivery Information

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@nepestsports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Expedited Shipping

  • 1 to 3 business days to the US, additional $15 needed
  • 5 to 10 Business Days to Asia and Europe, additional $20 needed

International Shipping (Except United States)

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Nepest cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
  • It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
  • You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Returns Policy

We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from nepestsports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.
