Carbon Fiber Wheelsets, Rims & Components

Nepest guarantees all carbon products and components against structural defects from the original date of purchase under the following standard timeframes:
  • Carbon Rims & Wheelsets: 3-Year Standard Warranty.
  • Components & Accessories: 1-Year Standard Warranty.

Standard Warranty Conditions (Complimentary)

  • Eligibility: Valid only for the original purchaser; non-transferable.
  • Coverage: Covers structural issues resulting from material flaws or manufacturing defects, including brake track delamination, internal hub failure, or natural spoke breakage.
  • Resolution: Nepest will provide complimentary repair services or replace the defective product with the same or equivalent model. Replacement products do not renew the warranty period.
  • Shipping & Duties: Nepest covers all shipping costs for quality-related replacements within the first 3 months of purchase; thereafter until the warranty expires, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees and associated international taxes/duties.

Crash Replacement Policy (Accidental Damage)

For damage resulting from crashes, severe impacts, or improper handling (e.g., derailleur caught in spokes), Nepest provides a structured Crash Replacement Service:
  • The Benefit: Eligible riders receive a 20% discount off the current MSRP to purchase a replacement of the same or equivalent model.
  • Limitation: This policy is strictly limited to one claim per original purchaser within the warranty timeframe.
  • Requirement: The original damaged product must be returned to Nepest for decommissioning and recycling. Customers bear all international shipping fees, taxes, and duties.

Exclusions

The carbon and hardware warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear, including bearing degradation, brake pad consumption, or natural spoke tension decay over extended use.
  • Products without valid proof of purchase or missing serial codes.
  • Extreme thermal damage caused by exposing the carbon structure to temperatures exceeding 200°C (e.g., proximity to exhaust pipes, industrial ovens, or enclosed high-heat transport).

Technical Apparel, Gloves & Bags

Nepest technical apparel and gear are engineered for demanding environments. We provide a 12-Month Quality Warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Framework

  • Within 3 Months: For non-intentional structural failures—including seam unraveling, zipper malfunctions, or detached hardware—Nepest will provide a complimentary replacement and cover all shipping costs.
  • 3 to 12 Months: For manufacturing issues, Nepest provides complimentary repair or structural replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility.
  • Beyond 12 Months: Paid repair and hardware replacement services are available at baseline material costs. The customer covers all shipping fees.

Apparel Crash Replacement

  • If your Nepest apparel is structurally ruined or torn due to an on-trail crash within the first 12 months, contact our service team with photos of the damage. We will extend a 30% discount code toward an equivalent replacement item.

Exclusions

The apparel warranty does not cover:
  • Fabric snagging, tearing, or punctures resulting from crashes or trail abrasions (eligible for paid repair/darning services).
  • Material breakdown or degradation caused by improper laundering, such as high-heat ironing or the use of fabric softeners which destroy functional technical coatings.

Shipping Damage & Claim Process

  • Transit Damage: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If any product damage occurs during shipment, notify us within 3 business days of signing for delivery with photo/video evidence.
  • Order Discrepancies: If the received product deviates from your order parameters (wrong profile, incorrect graphics, or specification mismatch), contact our service team within 3 business days to arrange a resolution.
