Nepest understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@nepestsports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Nepest cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

I have had these wheels long enough to put a few hundred miles on them, so I can give my initial impressions and experience so far.
Best wheels I've ever owned. I have 2 friends that feel the same way. Super lightweight, and roll great. Recommend it!

The experience is very good. I have been riding for about a month, and I am very pleasantly surprised. To be honest, I am also hesitating between Nepest and other brands, but my friends all recommend it to me, fortunately I am not disappointed.

I would recommend these wheels to anyone looking for a good quality wheel build and light weight.

I had spent quite a long period of time researching wheels for an upgrade for my current road bike.

The wheelset is super light and features stiff wheels. There are no more issues with crosswinds, and they prove to be very supportive once you receive the wheelset. It offers great value for money.
