Every Nepest wheelset is carefully packaged to help protect your wheels during international transportation.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at intl@nepestsports.com within 3 business days with photos or videos.

Most products are shipped from our US or EU warehouses when available. Depending on stock availability, some orders may ship directly from our global manufacturing hub.
For DDP regions, duties and taxes are included. For destinations outside our DDP network, local import duties and taxes may apply.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your package has been handed to the courier, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
